    Justin has been licensed for over a decade, beginning his real estate career while still in high school. He has consistently and professionally serviced both Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2009. Having owned, sold, managed, and built property- he can offer a full range of knowledge to help you accomplish your real estate goals. Justin is ethical and driven, focused on providing exemplary customer service and strong results. He is a licensed project manager with management experience and technical savvy across multiple industries. Justin graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Delaware.

    Justin focuses on investment properties, with services ranging from leasing & management, financial modeling, raising capital, and acquiring and developing property. However, his commercial experience has allowed him to become an expert in the residential field. When first licensed, Justin leased apartments in multi-family homes and office space; he built his career working with renters and investors, and companies and developers from the ground up and is experienced in every step of real estate transactions and management. His unique and technical approach to real estate led to recognition and a feature in The Financial Times detailing Providence's dependence on the collegiate market. Justin, his fiancee, and two children live in Little Compton. He oversees the marketing for Jimmy Burchfield's Classic Entertainment and Sports, co-owns Pressure Records Studio, and is the founder of Prospeer, a digital consultancy firm.
