Originally from Boston, Gabe started buying multi-family properties in Providence in the late 90’s while working at AT&T as a web hosting specialist. In 2001 when the dot com boom turned to bust, he decided to give real estate sales a try as a full time job and moved to Providence where he has been successfully helping clients ever since. Gabe has built his reputation on long lasting relationships and trust. Being in the business as an owner, property manager and broker for over 25 years he has a wealth of knowledge and has experience in all aspects of the business. He and his wife have successfully renovated and sold over 50 homes and have consulted clients on all types of projects. Many of his clients love the fact that he understands not only the real estate market but the construction side of the business as well.
Gabe has sold residential properties, multi-family properties and both large and small scale commercial properties all over Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. In 2006 Gabe and his wife designed the website Rentprov.com and have always had an extremely thorough view of the rental market in the greater Providence area. In 2009 they launched Lenox Property Management and later in 2010 Lenox Realty Group because they wanted to offer full service brokerage to clients. At Lenox, Gabe is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as the day to day management of the office. Our mission is to ensure top quality service to all of our customers whether it be an owner with a five hundred dollar apartment or someone selling a multi-million dollar home. What clients receive from Gabe is an honest insider’s view of the market. He takes this business seriously, and literally eats, breathes and sleeps real estate.
Gabe has been married to his wife Nicola for 18 years and they have 3 boys, Hank, Will and Jude. When Gabe isn’t working he can usually be found either coaching the Yankees in Warren Little League or on the sideline at any number of other sporting events. Gabe holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and is also a Marine Corps veteran. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and going to the beach.
